Evening & Weekend Rentals
Rental of the museum for special events and private functions includes:
- Full access throughout the museum
- Tour guides (upon request)
- Use of Den area, parking lot and adjacent grounds
- Use of facility inventory
- On-site parking
- An event coordinator
- On-site supervisor
- Gift shop attendant (upon request; minimum purchase required)
- One security guard from the Mobile Police Department
- Cleaning before and after event
Facility Inventory Includes:
- Fifteen (15) 60″ round tables
- Four (4) 48″ round tables
- Eight (8) 6’x30″ tables
- One (1) 8’x30″ table
- 150 chairs – caramel padding with gold fleck frame
- Themed rolling bar
- Seven (7) Bistro Tables 30 inch diameter – adjustable height
Evening Rental Rates – (As of July 1, 2023)
Monday – Thursday – $1,750.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – $2,000.00
Extra Hour- $200.00 per hour
Block Party Option (permit, extra police, exterior set) $500.00
Rental period is for a maximum of seven (7) hours – four (4) hours for the event, (2) hours to set up, and 1 hour to break down.
